 Research shows that nutrition education can teach students to recognize how healthy diet influences emotional well-being and how emotions may influence eating habits.

This activity can help children increase their problem-solving skills and food literacy. It's a fun, hands-on way for children to become familiar with the food groups, meal planning and the difference between healthy and unhealthy foods.
